Richard O. Okrah (FCISCM) President

Richard holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Harvard University and is also an Alumnus of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania other Professional qualifications. He has over 40 years of experience in both the Public and Private sectors of the Economy.

He is a former Deputy Chief Executive of the Volta River Authority where, at various times, he held key top positions such as Director of Supply Chain and Procurement Management, Director of Management Information Systems, and Transport Project Manager, among others. He is also a former Managing Director of Intravenous Infusions Ltd. He is a Management Consultant by profession and currently a Member of the Governing Board of Directors of the Volta River Authority and the University of Ghana.

Justice is a Chartered Accountant and Management Consultant with competencies in many disciplines including Finance and Accounting, Supply Chain, Corporate Governance, Marketing, Strategic, and Human Resources.

He has worked in different positions and organizations for more than forty (40) years. Formal Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Directors –

Ghana (IOD). He served as a Managing Director for Ghana Suppliers Company Ltd. He has developed many Boards and has sat on various Boards. He has a great passion for Organizational Improvement and Leadership

John N. A. Tagoe (FCISCM)

John N. A. Tagoe (FCISCM) – Council Member John is a Strategic Management Specialist with over Twenty-two (22) years’ experience in Senior Management.

He was the formal Strategic Manager for Graphic Communication Group Limited (GCGL). He holds Masters in Strategic Management, a Full Member of CISCM amongst other qualifications. He is a knowledge and change Specialist.
