Visibility:
Become Visible at all times’ – The meaning of our visibility has two components; Structural & Product Visibility. Our structures must stand in leadership, apt at all times to develop sound and innovative systems to stand the tests of time with the aim of ensuring Best Value for Money. Our Products must deliver a high level of sound professional standards full of leadership and innovations at all times to drive Nations, Corporates and Organizations to attain their strategic objectives through effective supply chain models and practices.
Our structures must be grounded in strong leadership tenets, apt at all times to develop sound and innovative systems which can stand the test of time; with the aim of ensuring “Best Value for Money” and enabling members of CISCM to scale up, increase productivity and expand their horizons through smart dispositions with the right perspectives and insight – “THE CISCM WAY”.
Secondly, our products must exhibit and deliver a high level of sound professional standards, driven by strong leadership traits and innovation at all times; to propel our constituents: members, associates, affiliates and clients; to realize higher levels of good performance and achieve their strategic objectives using effective Supply Chain business models and practices.
Acceptability:
Become acceptable at all times. Our endeavors must be reflexively identical and inherently capable of resolving challenges and develop standards that are relevant to drive organizational and business growth; such that “CISCM’s WAY” becomes the preferred option at all times.
These constituents would include corporate institutions and organizations (public and private), Business Enterprises, Civil Society Organizations, Professional Bodies and individuals among others.
Relevance:
Remain relevant always to our members and players in the governance space. Our sustainability is dependent on our relevance. CISCM is all about researching and developing values and supply chain activities, to provide sound and reflexive knowledge, providing support and actively participating in or holding policy dialogues with government on national and corporate growth initiatives, developing local content case studies (Ghana and Africa) for effective benchmarking; and recognizing collaborative partnerships contribution of key stakeholders at all times.
This calls for the building of strong, long-term strategic relationships and affiliations for networking, leveraging professional expertise and experiences as well as sharing of financial and material resources.
Good Corporate Citizenship:
At CISCM we believe that our sustainability is connected to our sound social connection. We are mandated to undertake appropriate and relevant social interventions at no cost or benefits to CISCM as an organization and its membership. Each member of CISCM is to undertake a Supply Chain Management relevant social intervention every year to stand as a “Green Member”.
